Imagination Station, Randolph, MA
The City of Randolph, MA believes that in addition to promoting a healthy lifestyle, physical play helps children to learn and improve social skills, reduce stress and stimulate creativity. Premier Park & Play is proud to have designed and built Imagination Station, a playground that gives children the opportunity to run, jump, swing, slide, climb and crawl. It is the largest community playground in Randolph.
The Imagination Station has a "forest" where children can imagine that they are on a jungle expedition where dinosaurs can be found, or on a safari with lions and cheetahs, or may be they have wandered into a magical forest filled with fairies. There is a sound garden for budding musicians, as well as splash pad / water play which has six button-activated ground level sprinklers and a large flower spray to provide just the cooling off kids need during the hot summer season.
The play equipment are installed on wood mulch providing a safe and natural playground surface that prevents injuries. Paved walkways were installed to allow for stroller, walker and wheelchair access to the toddler play structure, two sets of swings and a large adventure play structure. Benches throughout the park provide seating and keeps children within eyesight; lunch/snacks can be enjoyed at picnic tables beneath a shaded pavilion.

"Its probably the best park I have seen/been to this summer... They had so many different little stations. They even have this Music area where there are drum like pedestals that when you bang on make music & big chime like things you can bang hammers off to make noise... it was super cool! There are several slides, plank like walking pedestals & monkey bars.. There is a sprinkler section... There are tons of Picnic tables under a covered roof to hide in the shade, you even have to walk over a bridge to get there... Kinda cool! " ~ Tracy B. on Yelp!
"This playground was a nice surprise. An inspired place.You'll love all the musical touches and bright colors. You immediately get a nice feeling as you pass though the entrance. It has two separate spaces for tots and big kids. The big kids will get a thrill ride on the very long and fast slide, although my two girls went flying on their faces. No injuries. It also incorporates some natural elements like a balance log and wooden planks. It's layout allows you to spot your kid from any location. A reassuring feeling. It has a lot of nice challenges and thrills, plus a Spray & Splash. A fun playground, and a nice destination."
